Confessions is a reality television project where everyday people share real, self-recorded confession videos
about what they’re facing and what one opportunity could change everything. Submissions are reviewed with
care and may be verified for authenticity.
Anyone 18+ may submit. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the guardian consent
form if a minor appears in the video.
Nothing. Submitting is free.
No. A phone video is enough. Clear audio and good lighting helps, but we care most about your truth.
Video & Submission Requirements
We recommend 2–5 minutes. If your story is longer, keep it focused on what happened, where you are now,
and what help would change things.
To protect the integrity of the show and prevent fraud. ID is used for verification only and is limited to
authorized reviewers.
