Sonya Brown is the President and Founder of RazzleDazzleHR, LLC, a human resource outsourcing and consulting firm that supports organizations with compliant, scalable, and people-centered HR solutions. With more than 25 years of progressive human resources leadership, she has served and advised organizations across consulting, hospitality, healthcare, staffing, manufacturing, non-profit, religious organizations, and education. 
Sonya holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and maintains multiple HR certifications, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and professional excellence. She is widely regarded as a Subject Matter Expert in her field, known for translating complex workforce challenges into clear strategies, practical policies, and consistent execution. In addition to her HR expertise, Sonya brings AI experience to her work—leveraging modern tools and technology to enhance HR operations, improve process efficiency, and strengthen decision-making through more structured, datainformed practices. Through RazzleDazzleHR, she partners with business owners and executive teams to build and modernize HR infrastructure, including compliance and risk mitigation, employee relations, talent management, performance management, compensation and classification practices, benefits administration, and HRIS implementation and process modernization. Her leadership philosophy is anchored in her firm’s motto— “Your HR Source for Excellence”—a standard that guides her approach to service, accountability, and organizational impact. Beyond her professional work, Sonya is committed to community engagement and service, using her experience to support and uplift others. She is also the author of her first book, scheduled for publication this year. Sonya resides in Douglasville, Georgia, and has been married to her high-school sweetheart, Andre’ Brown, for more than 30 years. She enjoys home life with her family and her beloved animals.
